A feminine cut dress cut to a midi length. The neck is round with a V opening leading to a button through front fastening, cut to fit the waist it comes with an optional belt. The ruffled frill tier falls from hip level and adds to they lovely fluid movement of the dress. The sleeves are 3/4 length and gathered at the cuff with a button and cuff fastening. The dress - except type sleeves - is fully lined in 100% Cotton
